Bad Gastein
Snow arrives early to late November, never failed in our years in the resort. Resort planned to open first weekend in December. News - New hi-tec quad lifts now in place.

Alpe d'Huez
Summer glacier skiing 360 plus snow cannon ensure resort level skiing at Christmas. Sixth year in a row with too much snow at Easter.

Serre Chevalier
Resort level skiing at Easter since we have used the resort. More cannon ensure good snow level conditions And after - Resort level skiing at Easter since we have used the, including 1999 2001 - Best snow in any European Resort

Lauterbrunnen
Early season low level skiing can be variable, however the new high lifts above Murren at Kleine Scheidegg ensure early season skiing. New state of the art cannon in the run from the Lauberhorn down into Wengen, on the down hill course gives good conditions even in a 'dry' year.

Baqueira

Conditions in Baqueira since the early eighties when Ski Miquel first started using this world class resort proved to be statistically identical to the alps, some years better some years not quite as good. However for all recent Easters there has been resort level skiing up to when the resort closes, which is on the weekend nearest the 1st May! The resort has made a very significant investment in snow cannon which ensures that the condition of the runs is always of a good standard.
